    "I brought my car in for service to Irvine Mini because the engine was making more noise than usual. After running a full scope on the vehicle, it was determined that engine oil was low. Topping off oil eliminated the excessive noise and the explanation of their thorough scope, gave me the confidence that my mini was operating normally. This part of my service, I am exceptionally happy with. However, after picking up my car, I was driving home and noticed the hood rattling on the highway. This forced me to immediately pull over on the highway, in the rain, and check out what was causing the rattling. I found that my hood was not latched.     "My mini had related to the timing chain and a bunch of other stuff that is over my head as well as software problems. The issues were fixed under warranty and I am happy to say that it is running bettter than it ever has! also, I had asked about some software issues with my bluetooth months aga that they couldn't fix but the radio, ipod, etc continued to have intermitten issues. These appear to have been all corrected in this last visit with a complete reprogramming.     "My turbo went out less than 2 years after I bought my new car (which currently only has 18,000 miles). It was covered under warranty which was nice and they were able to get me in right away to service. I also had them replace the front 2 tires which went completely bald in less than 2 years. Having the car back for less than a week - the check tire light is now lit. I checked the tire pressure and it is spot on.... Took it back in, and they ordered an entire new liner (overkill?) which will require a 3rd visit to get replaced. It was 3 weeks later that I called to check on the ordered part and found out that it had not arrived yet. The second service advisor Aldo, was very "on the ball" and deserved a "5". For your information, I had been cautioned from a previous customer of yours about poor service expected from your service dept. I was very frustrated and was going to seek advice elsewhere. The next day, I received a call from my service manager that the clutch would be covered.
